Jason Thompson is a bold voice on the Republican National Committee, serving as Chairman of Election Operations and on the Election Integrity Committee. A leader in the faith community, Jason serves on the RNC's Faith Engagement Committee. Jason helped shepherd through a resolution calling for paper ballots, a resolution in support of our electors, and many other important resolutions.
As Chairman of the Republican National Lawyers Association in Georgia, he is working to build a statewide team of election attorneys in every county to be prepared to defend the integrity of the vote.
In 2020, Jason was the only Republican Attorney to win an election law case in support of President Trump against the Fulton Board of Elections when he represented the Committee to Defend the President. He also successfully represented Congressman Woodall in his Congressional recount,
Jason has been involved in Republican politics since high school when Jack Kemp served as Grand Marshall of his hometown parade and came over to meet Jason and his football team. Jason went on the become Chairman of his College Republicans which began his political career.
Jason has served in every grassroots role, from Precinct Chairman to District Chairman to National Committeeman. He has volunteered on campaigns on the local, state and national level. He is a grassroots National Committeeman who remains accessible and dedicated to the Georgia Republican Party.
Jason is married to his college sweetheart, Julianne. They live in Suwanee, Georgia with their two children. They are very involved in their community and attend Free Chapel.
